  • Describe the diagnostic features, current scientific evidence, and treatment advances associated with complex pediatric and adolescent neuropsychiatric conditions.
  • Identify best practices for interdisciplinary collaboration that support proactive case management and appropriate referral for pediatric and adolescent patients with complex neuropsychiatric needs.
  • Apply interdisciplinary collaboration strategies to develop coordinated care plans for children and adolescents with complex psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions.
  • Review recent scientific and clinical updates, including novel tools and best practices, in the management of pediatric and adolescent psychiatric conditions.
  • Select effective tactics for collaborating with multidisciplinary specialists to optimize assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management.
  • Analyze real-world case examples of multidisciplinary collaboration to inform improvements in clinical practice for complex pediatric and adolescent case management.

Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)
