Bonnie Reed, PhD

Clinical Director of Pediatric Psychology

Dr. Reed is the Clinical Director of Pediatric Psychology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. She serves as the Section Chief of Pediatric Psychology for the Division of Behavioral and Mental Health, where she provides clinical leadership to a team of over 20 pediatric psychologists embedded across medical subspecialties at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. 

Laura Dilly, PhD, ABPP, NCSP

Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist

Dr. Dilly is an Assistant Professor and Section Chief of Integrated and Community Care in the Division of Behavioral Mental Health in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. She serves as a Clinical Director, leading the Behavioral and Mental Health Outpatient Therapy Core and the APA Doctoral Internship Training Director at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She received her doctorate in school psychology from Michigan State University. Her research focuses on the identification and access to intervention for autistic children and development of the mental health workforce. Dr. Dilly served as the 2019-2020 president of the Georgia Psychological Association and currently represents Georgia on the American Psychological Association’s Council of Representatives.

Caroline Wootten Limbaugh, LCSW

Behavioral Mental Health Therapy Team Lead

Caroline is a Behavioral Mental Health Therapy Lead at the Zalik Center, specializing in traumatized youth. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and currently serves as the Center’s first internal trainer and consultant in the FIRST protocol, providing training and consultation to the therapy core.

Jessica Niko, LCSW

Clinical Operations Manager

Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience in mental health and clinical leadership. She earned her MSW from the University of Georgia and her BSW from Georgia State University. She currently serves as Clinical Operations Manager at the Zalik Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where she leads nursing, social work, and medical assisting teams.

She is a former Clinical Director at Ridgeview Hospital and a  therapist trained in EMDR and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Passionate about children impacted by foster care and adoption, she is a strong advocate for foster care reform.  Jessica is also a proud mama of seven.

Shavontia Cochran, LPC, CPCS

Behavioral Mental Health Therapy Team Lead

Shavontia serves in a leadership role within the Recovery Care Clinic of the Behavioral Mental Health (BMH) Department, where she supervises and supports clinicians providing high-acuity care to adolescents in crisis. Her clinical specialization centers on suicide prevention and intervention, utilizing the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) modality. She is deeply committed to strengthening clinical quality, promoting ethical and evidence-based practice, and ensuring compassionate, culturally responsive care for youth and their families.
